Chillin -- kinda!

Today was not as relaxing as I would of liked

BUT

we did still get lots in :)

I fell asleep last night quickly -- even with Elizabeth sprawled out!
I even forgot to take my flower out :)

In the night I was waken by JM -- who was throwing up AGAIN!!!
AND a little girl who need more pain meds.

This morning all three girls wanted in bed -- well it was hard.  They finally all went out to the couch to watch cartoons BUT Elizabeth fell asleep, AGAIN!

I had forgotten that MD had a hair appointment AND we needed to keep it.
So, Elizabeth, My Darling and I took MD to his appointment.  She got dressed all pretty.  We were gone 40 minutes!

We had many visitors in the afternoon who brought fun food, gifts and fellowship!!!  They were all so thoughtful.  We also did some laundry, pick-up, dishes, and putting away our 'stuff' from the hospital. Thankfully, the girls still fit in a nice nap.

AFTER the girls got up we all laid and watched some TV.  Elizabeth and I did some MORE sleeping.

MD and dad went to the FFA Banquet tonight.  MD got the highest honor for a freshman FFA student.
While they were gone we did some chillin.

Pain management today seemed to go so much better.  She made it the full time in-between doses --- WITHOUT complaining of pain UNTIL this evening.  She was in a bit more pain at bedtime.

She is also a tad cranky at times.  She can really sport an attitude with us!
Her body is finally starting to move on the insides :)
She sang a beautiful song to me IN CHINESE!!
She WANTS to move around a bit more BUT realizes her limitations.
She does NOT like jelly bellies -- she LOVES oranges ---- TODAY!!!
She STILL can be CRAZY and GOOFY!!! All which we LOVE about her!!!

All in all a good day.  I still can't believe that just a few days ago she had MAJOR surgery.  She looks so good.
YES, I'm still tired and I have times of being completely overwhelmed!  The kids are a bit demanding at times but nothing out of the ordinary for kids :)  We are in a time of change and we are all just trying to adjust.  AND actually, they aren't doing too bad!
God is so good.  He has been merciful to her AND all of us through this time.
Thank-you LORD!

AND

Thank-you to all who have and  will continue to pray for her and our family.

Our Prayer Requests:

We do need more rest -- and calmness -- nothing going on.
We would ALL like to be healthy.
Continued pain management.
Continued attachment and bonding.
Prayer for my unspoken.
